Welcome to the Cub Shop. 

Customers will have up to 30 days from date of purchase to return, exchange, or notify CubShop of any errors for order now items only.  Pre-Order items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.  Errors include: missing merchandise, order not received, or incorrect size merchandise.  No exceptions after 30 days. Please email espitznagel@lsu.edu to arrange a time to come to school for your exchange.
