This is your one stop shop for all things UHIGH Cubs.
First and foremost, thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through our uniform distribution. We truly appreciate your patience as we work diligently each day to get every order completed and into the hands of our families.
We are happy to share that we have all orders placed through August 7th filled and headed home Friday, August 28th so please be on the lookout. Orders are considered complete unless otherwise noted on your packing slip. Because of this, we ask that you please remind your students not to open or go through their uniform orders while at school. Instead, we ask that they bring the order home so that you can review it together.
Orders placed August 8th through August 25th are our next group to be completed. We are hopeful that these orders will be filled by the end of this next week (September 4th). We are still waiting on some inventory but plan to move forward and fulfill as many items as we can, hence you may see “missing” on your packing slip, these items will be fulfilled as soon as we receive them.
Important Pre-Order status Update
As we work to get our inventory and ordering process caught up, we want to clarify how Pre-Order items will work moving forward. Beginning September 7th, all items on the website will move away from Pre-Order status unless an item is specifically identified as a Pre-Order on the website. Please note that all items purchased prior to September 7th are still considered Pre-Orders, and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason other than damaged/defective. We are currently waiting on inventory to arrive so that we can fill these outstanding orders. We appreciate your continued patience as we work through these orders and transition to our new inventory process.
Cub Shop Closure
We are excited to share that new Cub Shop products are scheduled to go live over the weekend, including new swag, football items, and more!
As we continue expanding our inventory, the Cub Shop will temporarily close beginning September 7 for approximately one week. This time will allow us to place new inventory orders while also focusing on fulfilling outstanding orders and getting items distributed as quickly as possible.
