THE CUB SHOP IS OPEN!

First and foremost, thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work through our uniform distribution. We truly appreciate your grace as we work diligently each day to fulfill orders and get them into the hands of our families.

Order Fulfillment & Distribution

Once orders are fulfilled, they will be sent home with your student. Unless otherwise noted on your packing slip, your order is considered complete.

To help ensure everything is accounted for, please remind your students not to open or go through their uniform orders while at school. Instead, we ask that they bring their orders home so you can review the contents together.

Important Pre-Order Information

Most uniform items listed on our website are kept in stock unless specifically identified as a PRE-ORDER item.

Pre-order items are available for purchase during a designated ordering window. Once that window closes, orders are submitted to the vendor. These items will be fulfilled and distributed as soon as they arrive.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as pre-order items will not be available for immediate fulfillment.

Important Uniform & Dress Code Reminders

Please take note of the following guidelines regarding approved school attire:

  • 26-27 UNIFORM TAB: All items listed under this tab are permitted Monday through Friday during the current 2026-2027 school year and will continue to be permitted Monday through Friday beginning in the 2027-2028 school year.
  • ATHLETIC GEAR & SPIRIT CLOTHING TABS: These items are permitted Monday through Friday during the current 2026-2027 school year. Beginning with the 2027-2028 school year, these items will only be permitted on Fridays.

Please plan accordingly when purchasing items for the upcoming school year.

A Few Final Reminders:

  • All orders are for PICKUP ONLY. We do not offer shipping.
  • Any questions or concerns should be directed to the Cub Shop @ cubshop@uhighlsu.com.
