We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if we have missed the mark, we offer a 14-day return policy under the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Pre-order items are not kept in stock; therefore they are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
Return Process
- Contact us at cubshop@uhighlsu.com to request a return.
- We will provide instructions.
- Return the item to us using the provided instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at cubshop@uhighlsu.com. This must be completed within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
